I have been making fine quality cakes for family and friends for more than twenty years. Over this time people have recognised my talents and this has prompted me to launch Sheila's Cake Creations. My cakes are not only delicious because I only use the finest ingredients without preservatives, artificial flavourings, or additives but they are also a work of art.
Every cake is individually designed to my customers' specification, regardless of how large or small the cake may be.

I am registered with Wolverhampton City Council and have been awarded the Certificate in Food Hygiene by The Royal Society for the Promotion of Health.

I am currently studying Patisserie Level II, Food Production and Hospitality at the Wolverhampton City Learning Centre in order to achieve my life-time ambition to open my own Patisserie and Café. Maybe I'll see you there when you drop in for a Café au lait and a slice of my delicious chocolate cake.
